School Uniform: While in Japan, she wears the Jyuuban High School uniform. To denote her as an exchange student she has a navy blue tie in the place of a bow, and she either wears her brooch over the knot, or on a necklace.

Her Personality: Before her parents were killed, Tskui was a very happy-go-lucky girl. She openly trusted people, and while she was generally soft-spoken, genuinely cared about other people's woes. After their death, Tskui withdrew into herself for a long time. She is pessimistic, and at the same time, optimistic. She hopes that things will improve even when in her darkest hours.
She is very loyal to the friends she makes, and those are few and far between.
She is very detail oriented, and loves to analyze things. You would think this would make her a great mathematician, but in reality her head swims once math enters the scene. She is more of a practical problem solver. But she is very intelligent, and is a good contributor in class discussions and things of that nature. On that end, she is a natural leader. People trust her and want to follow her lead.
She reacts to small hurts and betrayals more sensitively than she should, but this is due to her past hurts.
Present Day History:
Born the daughter of an American mother and a Japanese father in Osaka, Japan, Tskui moved to Seattle with her parent when she was 2 years old.
We meet her when she is 17 years old and in her senior year of high school. She is a happily adjusted and loved only-child who has found love and contentment. She is a dedicated Honors student with a 4.0 and is first chair violin. It seems her life is going perfectly.
Then one day she takes her lunch outside and daydreams like she had a thousand times before. Slowly, the daydream becomes a reality and a girl with dark hair (That we know as Hotaru) appears, talking of senshi, duty, and memories that Tskui should have. This girl hands Tskui a brooch engraved with the symbol of Pandora, and leaves after forbidding her to use it.
Tskui arrives home that evening to discover her parents violently murdered, with the monster still there, searching for something: the Suichou. Pandora is frightened, and takes out her brooch, calling on the ancient power of Pandora.
Thus Sailor Pandora was born.
Senshi of Rebirth from the Saturnine Moon, Pandora
Official Senshi Title: The Solitary Soldier
Henshin item: A transformation brooch. It draws upon the power of the Suichou, a crystal that was dissolved into the blood stream of Pandora's body.
Henshin Phrase: Pandora Orbital Power.... MAKE UP!
(Orbital comes from the fact that the moon Pandora rotates around the planet of Saturn, underscoring the astronomical, rather than mythological influences of Pandora as a senshi)

Fuku: Pandora wears the basic outer moon senshi fuku (modified "super" fuku). Her tiara is gold with a deep red gem. Her choker is black with a red star charm. She wears one earring in each ear; images of Saturn with a truncated diamond shaped dangles. Her cape is black with one white stripe. The transparent sleeves are tinted very pale red. The front bow is red with her henshin brooch in the center. The body suit is white. Her skirt is black with a thick red stripe along the bottom edge. Her gloves are white with black bindings. She wears black flats with two parallel straps going across the arch.
Weapons and items:
Crescent moon hairclips- these hair clips, when pulled from her hair, can change into razor sharp fans. They are used on their own, or in the Orbital Slicing attack.
The Box- a black box that harnesses the power of the Suichou and allows Pandora to perform her Pandora's Box attack.
Attacks:
Pandora Rebirth Shockwave - She holds one of her hands in front of her face while a ball of red light gathers. She grasps it, suspends it between her palms for a moment (like she's praying with her hands apart), Spins around once, and releases the ball as a beam of red light shouting "Pandora Rebirth Shock-wave!" Her target is engulfed in a spiral of ruby light, weakening it.
Pandora Orbital Slicing - She removes her hair combs, holding one in each hand. They grow into silver fans that glow faintly red, which she throws towards the enemy simultaneously, while screaming "Pandora Orbital Slicing!" The fans circle around her opponent in shrinking circles. Every nick and cut the fans make drains the targets energy.
Pandora's Box - Pandora closes her eyes in concentration, holding both of her hands out to her sides. A small red, black, and silver box appears from her body and flashes bright red once, dying into a dull silver gleam. She raises her arms up over her head and the box floats just above her outstretched hands. A gust of wind blows her hair back, and her eyes go opaque as she whispers "Pandora's Box" the lid falls away from the box and disappears. Spheres of black and red light tumble from the box and swirl around everything and everyone. The attack steals the life's breath from anyone in the immediate area with evil in his or her heart, restoring life to one senshi who lies dying. This is Pandora's ultimate power, and like all such powers, there is an extremely high chance she could die. She may only use it once every. If she uses it more than once, her life is given up for her companions (instead of the energy taken from a baddie, it is taken from HER life force), and she would never be reborn again, for her soul would be trapped in the atmosphere of Saturn, unable to return on it's own.
Fighting Styles: She tends to rely more on her magical attacks and less on physical confrontations. She isn't really proficient in martial arts and her small stature makes her ineffective in hand-to-hand combat. She has a tendency to lose her head once the enemy injures on of her friends, leading to her throwing caution to the wind.
Daughter of Queen Deluna of Pandora, who is sister to the Queen of Saturn

History:
Innana was the only daughter of Deluna, Queen of Pandora. Her cousin was the Princess of Saturn, but the two of them, having no siblings, grew up as sisters do. They would confide and fight like any other family, and Innana was happy. The Princess of Saturn gave Innana the nickname Tsuki, for her bright demeanor. It was a time of peace.
On Hotaru's 16th birthday, she was called to the great court on the Moon, where Queen Serenity ruled the universe from her shining throne. There she was to be tested and trained as the final senshi. At this time, only princesses of the main celestial bodies were allowed to become soldiers. It was considered a high honor, and it was generally thought that satellite royals' blood was too dilute to carry the powers of an entire planet. So Innana remained at home when Hotaru left.
For a while, Hotaru wrote every week, telling her excitedly of all that happened at Serenity's court. Eventually, she began to make friends with her teammates, the princesses of Neptune and Uranus. Soon, the letters stopped coming, and Innana was left to herself.
Alone on Pandora, Innana took to taking long walks in the wilderness surrounding the castle. Sometimes, the King's Paige, Aidan would accompany her in her wanderings, and the two eventually fell in love. It was Aidan who gave Innana the strength to petition Serenity for admittance into the senshi.
It took four years to convince the Queen of the Moon to allow her to attempt the Trials. And the night before her departure to Serentaisis, Innana married Aidan in a secret ceremony.
Eventually, Innana passed the arduous trials and was admitted against all odds into the senshi. She paved the pay for four other moons to submit senshi. Originally slotted into the "Outer" senshi, Innana soon discovered that the powers that evolved inside her were not of the strength that could defend the universe from perils unknown. This seemed to confirm the suspicions that satellite senshi were somehow inferior, and Innana went home to Pandora in shame.
She lived quietly on Pandora with her husband. She became pregnant, but lost the baby. This caused a rift between Aidan and herself, and she vowed that she would never try to conceive again.
Soon after, the dark forces descended upon the known universe, and quickly overtook Serentaisis. Beryl and her dark generals had overlooked Pandora, and when Queen Serenity's scream of anguish echoed throughout the universe, only Innana was there to answer, and answer she did.
Innana did the only thing she could for her Queen, she took some of her life force and placed it into the Ginzuishou, so that it cold have the power to send Serenity's daughter and her court to another time and place and be reborn again. It cost Innana a great price to do so. She sacrificed her ability to hold on to love. She would be reborn, only to lose her love again and again. She gave the gift of love to the crystal.
There was a price for Queen Serenity as well, for to save her daughter's life, she would sacrifice her own. And so it would be for all eternity.
Queen Serenity called upon the full power of the crystal, and there was an end. And a new beginning as well...
